Order Acceptance

- Quantity.
- Delivery address.

Combat X Gear is not responsible for customer ordering errors, including wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, wrong address, or incorrect contact details entered by the customer.
We may contact the customer if additional verification or information is required before processing an order.
Product Information
Combat X Gear makes reasonable efforts to display product information, prices, images, colors, sizes, specifications, and availability accurately.
However, minor differences may occur due to:
- Screen settings.
- Photography.
- Lighting.
- Product updates.
- Supplier or manufacturer changes.
- Packaging variations.
- Typographical errors.
- Website or system errors.
Combat X Gear imports products from external manufacturers and suppliers. To maintain product integrity and hygiene, items are generally kept in their original factory packaging and are not opened before delivery unless required for operational, inspection, or quality-control reasons.
Products may be visually inspected externally upon receipt to check for visible damage or issues without breaking the original packaging or seal where possible.
Product images are for reference only, and minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance do not automatically qualify as a defect.
Combat X Gear reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received or confirmed through the payment methods available on the Website.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, system error, or typographical error, Combat X Gear may cancel the order or contact the customer before processing the order.
Combat X Gear is not obligated to supply a product at an incorrect price caused by error.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within twelve (12) hours of placing the order.
Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Combat X Gear.
If the order has already been packed, handed to the courier, dispatched, or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, even if the cancellation request was made within twelve (12) hours.
After twelve (12) hours from placing the order, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or dispatched, the customer must follow the applicable Refund and Returns Policy.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept delivery after the order has been dispatched for a reason not caused by Combat X Gear, any applicable delivery, return, courier, or handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged to the customer.
Combat X Gear reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, or intentional refusal of delivery without valid reason. Where necessary and permitted by applicable law, Combat X Gear may use relevant order, account, delivery, and technical records for investigation and enforcement purposes in accordance with UAE regulations.
If Combat X Gear cancels an order due to stock issues, payment issues, pricing errors, system errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or any operational reason, any eligible paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Combat X Gear is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional courier charges, or returned shipments caused by:
- Incorrect delivery address.
- Incomplete delivery information.
- Unreachable phone number.
- Customer not responding to courier communication.
- Customer refusing delivery.
- Customer not being available to receive the order.
- Courier delay.
- Customs procedures.
- Force majeure events.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or circumstances outside Combat X Gear’s control.
Returns, Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Combat X Gear will only accept return, exchange, store credit, or refund requests in accordance with the conditions stated in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Refund requests will NOT be approved except where the product is confirmed by Combat X Gear to be defective, damaged during shipping, tampered with during shipping, not fit for its intended purpose, or incorrectly supplied, unless otherwise required by applicable law or UAE consumer protection regulations.
Refunds are NOT available for personal preference, change of mind, wrong size selection, style preference, color preference, model preference, brand preference, or customer ordering error.
Original delivery fees, courier charges, return shipping costs, and any delivery or return costs incurred by Combat X Gear are not refundable where the return is due to personal preference, change of mind, wrong size selection, customer ordering error, failed delivery due to customer error, or refusal to accept delivery.
Exchange Shipping Fee
Where Combat X Gear approves an exchange and arranges courier collection and replacement delivery within the UAE, the exchange courier fee will depend on the location and date, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
This fee covers:
- Collection of the original item from the customer.
- Delivery of the replacement item to the customer.
The exchange courier fee ranges from AED 60 to AED 100 and must be paid in advance before the exchange pickup is scheduled.
Combat X Gear will arrange the courier for both pickup and return. Customers are not permitted to arrange their own return shipment.
Exchange fees for international or GCC orders may vary and will be confirmed separately.
Customer Communication
Customers must provide accurate contact information and respond to order, delivery, return, exchange, refund, or store credit-related communication within the requested timeframe.
If the customer does not respond or complete the required steps within the requested timeframe, Combat X Gear may close the request.
Once a request is closed, Combat X Gear may not be able to reopen or proceed with the same request.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, including logos, product photos, images, text, graphics, designs, layouts, videos, branding, and other materials, belongs to Combat X Gear, its licensors, or its suppliers.
No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission from Combat X Gear.
All third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and product names displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.
Warranties
Combat X Gear sells products sourced from reputable brands and suppliers. All products are expected to be free from material defects at the time of delivery.

Combat X Gear does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, except where required by applicable law.
The following are not considered product defects and are not covered under any warranty:
Any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered to the customer.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse or improper use.
Poor maintenance or lack of care.
Accidental damage.
Limitation of Liability
Combat X Gear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

- Courier delays.
